Welcome to CAMBS Chauffeurs. By booking our services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all bookings, whether made via our website, email, phone, or other means of communication.
1. Definitions
- “We,” “Us,” and “Our” refer to CAMBS Chauffeurs.
- “Client” or “You” refers to the individual or organization booking our services.
- “Service” refers to the chauffeuring services provided by CAMBS Chauffeurs.
2. Bookings and Payments
- Bookings must be confirmed via email at booking@cambschauffeurs.co.uk or by phone at 01480 469 652.
- A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
- Any additional charges incurred during the journey (e.g., parking fees, waiting time, or tolls) will be added to the final invoice.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service may incur a cancellation fee.
- Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the service.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must ensure all information provided at the time of booking is accurate.
- Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during the journey. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal items.
- Clients are expected to treat our vehicles and chauffeurs with respect. Any damage caused by the client to the vehicle will be charged to the client.
5. Our Responsibilities
- We will provide professional and punctual chauffeuring services.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic delays, breakdowns), we will make every effort to minimize disruptions to your journey.
- If we are unable to provide the service due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to offer an alternative solution or a full refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
- CAMBS Chauffeurs will not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, or road closures.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the booking in cases of service failure.
7. Changes to Bookings
- Any changes to bookings must be communicated as soon as possible. We will accommodate changes where possible but cannot guarantee availability.
- Additional fees may apply for changes that alter the original booking details.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
